Co-Owner
Charley has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He has built many structures from Churches to Casinos, and everything in between. As a home remodeler, Charley has helped reimagine existing space to make it feel new again. As a restoration specialist, he has helped families recover from their home being damaged due to fire, flooding, and storms. He is comfortable working in any environment. Charley lives in East Texas.
Dan Davis
Co-Owner
Dan began his real estate career as a customer service consultant to new home builders and property management companies. Traveling the U.S. to visit new home communities and rental properties, Dan was able to learn about different real estate markets from Los Angeles to Miami. As a property manager himself, he oversaw a private real estate portfolio of single-family residences and worked hard to make sure the product they were selling was a smart buy for the customer. Dan lives in Tarrant County.

Allison Davis is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas. As a freelance marketing consultant, Allison is focused on helping small businesses plan and gain an advantage against the large corporations in their industry.
